Positive: The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. I ran into car trouble with my rental, and the staff helped me way more than they’re supposed to in terms of calling for help, translating, and regularly checking if I needed more. The breakfast was fabulous and the servers were great and gave us what we needed.

Negative: The AC does not cool the bedroom upstairs very well, so it would be cold downstairs in living room, but barely cool upstairs.

Summary: Very beautiful place with very helpful staff and an amazing breakfast.
